DVD6C Licensing Group announces settlement of claim for royalties due from Chinese licensee Huizhou Foryou General Electronics Co., Ltd.

November 4, 2014—The DVD6C Licensing Group (“DVD6C”)—comprising nine leading developers of DVD technology—today announced that their authorized licensor, Toshiba Corporation,  reached a settlement of its arbitration claim against licensee Huizhou Foryou General Electronics Co., Ltd. (P.R. China) (“FORYOU”) for unpaid royalties due from FORYOU under the DVD6C patent license agreement.
