DVD6C Press Release concerning Arbitration against SHENZHEN MTC CO., LTD.

April 16, 2014 – The DVD6C Licensing Group (“DVD6C”) -- consisting of nine leading developers of DVD technology -- today announced that their authorized licensor, Toshiba, has filed a demand for arbitration to collect royalties due under a DVD6C patent license with Shenzhen MTC Co., Ltd. (P.R. China). This arbitration is part of a global, multi-year initiative by the DVD6C Licensing Group to collect unpaid royalties.
