Toshiba, the authorized licensor for DVD6C, achieves settlement of claim for royalties due from Singapore licensee Axiom Technologies Manufacturing Pte Ltd.

November 15，2011 --- The DVD6C Licensing Group (DVD6C) -- consisting of nine leading developers of DVD technology -- today announced that their authorized licensor, Toshiba Corporation (“Toshiba”), reached a settlement of its arbitration claim for unpaid royalties due from Axiom Technologies Manufacturing Pte Ltd. (“Axiom”) under the DVD6C patent license. As part of the settlement, Axiom confirmed that it has ceased to do business. Accordingly, the DVD6C License Agreement with Axiom was terminated.
